Due to its special shape, stainless steel square pipes have different methods for processing their pipe fittings. Let's take a look at them:

The price of pipe fittings is divided into forging, stamping, roller, rolling, bending, expansion and other methods. Now, several processing methods are introduced as follows:

1. Forging method: The end or part of the tube is punched and stretched with a swaging machine to reduce the outer diameter. The commonly used swaging machines include rotary, connecting rod and roller types.

2. Stamping method: The pipe end is expanded to the required size and shape with a tapered core on the punching machine.

3. Bulging method: one is to place rubber in the tube and compress it with a punch to make the tube protrude into shape; the other method is to hydraulically inflate the shape, fill the middle of the tube with liquid, and the liquid pressure will bulge the tube into the required shape. Shape, bellows are mostly produced in this way.

4. Bending forming method: There are three commonly used methods, one method is called stretching method, another method is called stamping method, and the third roller method has 3-4 rollers, two fixed rollers, and one adjusting roller. With a fixed roll distance, the finished pipe is bent.

5. Roller method: place a core in the tube, and push the outer circumference with a roller for round edge processing.

6. Rolling method: generally without mandrel, it is suitable for the inner edge of thick-walled pipes.
